Exchange Policy

To have a whole new and easy shopping experience at home, we provide 7 days exchange policy for you.

You have to let us know within 7 days after the delivery to claim for the exchange if:

• The product is damaged
• The product must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers/papers attached.
• The product received does not match the ordered size.
• Article must be returned in the original packaging before use.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable and we are not liable to collect orders from your doorstep in any of the circumstances.
